Completed the user interface for an interactive charger control board. The three 7-segment LED display upgrade allows the user to tailor the charger for their own unique applications. Aside from being configurable to charge 12,24,36, or 48 volt industrial batteries, it can also be set to strict (8 hours), or loose (until topped) charge cycles, to allow use with typical and atypical operating parameters. The 7-segment display informs the operator of voltages, times, shunt specs, and errors. Furthermore, the operator can customize On-, 80%- and cutoff-voltages; equalization , topping charge, and cool down times; and shunt amperage and voltage. The following describes the display reading and its meaning:Lo.U – Minimum allowable battery voltage.
80.U – 80% voltage or gassing voltage.
Hi.U – Cut-off voltage.
Eq.h – Equalize hours.
Eq.d – Equalize days.
80.h – 80% hours.
Sh.A – Shunt amperage.
Sh.U – Shunt millivolts.
CL.h – Cool-down hours.
